Orange Quarter is looking for a Content Marketer to join our growing team in Amsterdam. We’re a tech recruitment agency with offices in Berlin, Amsterdam and soon Barcelona. We’re challenging the recruiter stereotype by bringing the focus back to people with our team of passionate recruiters each specialising in an area of tech or digital marketing. It’s time to take our content efforts up a notch and we’re looking for a pair of fresh eyes, new ideas and a passion for content!
In 2022 Orange Quarter will launch a sub-brand, expanding our market coverage across Europe and bringing a new product to market. We are looking for someone who can work closely with our Marketing Manager, stakeholders and creative agency to define, develop and create a brand identity, website and a content strategy pre-and-post launch.
As Content Marketer you will be responsible for the management of all of Orange Quarter’s content marketing channels. Day-to-day you will be creating engaging content on Instagram, LinkedIn and the Orange Quarter blog. You will champion the growth of our social channels and will be responsible for creating content that serves our client and candidate audiences, in turn leading to sales. A big part of this role will include designing content like helpful guides, case studies, Instagram and LinkedIn posts, stories and reels, so it’s important that you have a passion and eye for design.
The role will also entail creating a roadmap of content, reviewing the performance of posts and identifying new opportunities for social media growth and engagement. If there’s an algorithm change, you should know about it – a new feature on IG? You’re all over that! An audience we haven’t tapped into, you’ve got it covered!
Content that is relevant to our audiences will require working with potential and existing clients and candidates, so strong communication skills and relationship building will be pivotal in this role as it will enable collaboration with other brands.
