What to expect:

You will be the first full-timeData Engineer in the business, and the main owner of the data architecture. There is already an infrastructure set up based around AWS, Airflow and Python but you will have carte blanche to set things up in a scalable way, as you see fit. The whole company relies on data and everyone builds their own dashboards (it’s a requirement for every job role) so this is a role with serious impact in a seriously dynamic business.

  • Work on a successful product that has positive environmental impact.
  • Be part of this journey growing into a scaleup, having autonomy over your work and tangible impact.
  • Free rides!
  • Plenty of social occasions including quarterly outings.

  • Their current tech stack includes AWS, Airflow, Python, Postgres and Docker. Experience with these tools or similar is a plus.
  • Startup mentality - you're joining a company of 20 people (plan is to double this year) that is growing quick.
  • Architectural knowledge - you'll need to communicate closely with the Head of Product and leadership team on this.
  • Experience in an Agile environment taking ownership of products (they built their own loyalty program in 2 months).
