Engineering Manager

What to expect:

They are seeking a 100% people manager to head up of one of their cross functional engineering teams. With a focus on growing and developing the teams. Whilst also still being involved in the high level technical discussions and setting roadmaps according to this and working in an agile environment. This position reports straight into the Director of Engineering, based here in Berlin. You will become a real contributor to the overall technology vision and ensure the teams are aligned with this strategy.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of 100% people management experience
  • Strong background in development and system design
  • Knowledge of object-oriented and/or functional programming languages
