What to expect:

As an Engineering Manager, you will be managing the communication between the Technical Leads and Product within the company, with the goal to implement and maintain the standards of both the product and engineering side of the business. There will be a focus on mentorship and aligning the eingeering teams with the product roadmap and feature implementation. Additionally, you will observe the productivity of the engineering team as a whole, optimize timelines, and identify any potential roadblocks. You will also manage this while managing stakeholder expectations between Product, Design, and Engineering teams. Funamentally, the role will be a leading more junior developer on a road to success by doing organizational leadership tasks including 121’s as well as reviews and interviews. You will have the opportunity to walk into a leadership role at a company in its hyper-growth phase, allowing it to stay nimble and implement new processes as needed. Ideally, you will be someone willing to take on a new challenge of leading a young company through this new phase of growth.
