With teams currently distributed across Berlin, Warsaw, London and San Francisco, they have decided to build a hub in a city inundated with tech talent – here in Berlin. Report directly to the Director of Engineering, you’ll initially build and lead a cross-functional engineering team of 6 people, and this number will increase as the organisation scales. You will be responsible for defining and delivering your team’s technical roadmap, and for creating business processes that support the company’s rapid growth. You’ll also participate in technical code and design reviews, and will mentor and ensure the growth and development of your team.
