At the moment it’s SaaS, but they want to turn this into a marketplace where people don’t just manage their projects but also shop for contractors where the product will be used simultaneously. They recently received their Seed of 5M and they are closing Series A later this year. Even as a b2b company, they are serving around 1000 customers per day.
It’s very complex to look at a matrix of contractors and what they can offer, your job being to improve this from a consumer and partner perspective. They want to create a Trello board where contractors can properly advertise their work and onboard themselves as a partner far easier. How do they fine tune algorithms that matches end users with business partners easily and more efficiently? They also want to add bills of quantity to their marketplace.
