We are looking for a Growth Manager to join a company within the medical industry who are founded out of Barcelona. This company took to the market 7 years ago and is currently live in over 180 countries globally. Its main focus is to help mothers breastfeed more easily by using artificial intelligence, data reporting and real time consultations to support them through maternity. It is the #1 breastfeeding app in Spain and is used by 23% of new-mothers. It’s a product built by women, for women.
Since 2018, they have facilitated over 21 million consultations. One of their co-founders is a very well known name in the Spanish speaking community, where she has put all of her new-mother knowledge into this successful app. As a Growth Manager, your main KPI will be ‘how many new users did we acquire this month?’. You will work 360 and be hands on, whilst also working alongside C-level in pushing forward initiatives that are going to drive change and increase the impact they have amongst their market. Everything from APS, to performance marketing, to advertisement, this is an end-to-end marketing and product role where you can call the department your own.
