What to expect:

This is the true definition of a Growth Manager position. A mixture of  customer acquisition, retention, performance marketing, commercial strategy, partnerships and testing and experimenting your ideas with the core aim to grow the business in Europe.

You’ll be managing a small team but will also be hands on with what you do, being that sparring partner for channel specialists.

This is a brand new role for the business and will be reporting into the CMO. So plenty of creative freedom to make the role your own from the get go.


  • An office in the heart of Amsterdam with a canal view
  • When allowed: Lunch is prepared daily in the office with drinks every Friday

  • Fluent in Dutch
  • 5+ years experience in Marketing, Growth, Commercial roles
  • Growth marketing experience with a commercial mindset
  • Ideally previous experience managing a team
  • B2C experience, working closely on customer acquisition/retention is preferred
