You will be joining one of the core business units that is focused on the customer journey across checkout and returns. Many layers within the unit are connected with multiple others so stakeholder management at a high level and the ability to communicate well researched and data-driven use cases and ideas is incredibly important. This role will be at the intersection of two key subteams with many ideas and products within each team looking to be executed. There is no shortage of room for ideas, personal growth and impact directly on the end user.
