Orange Quarter and their sister companies are looking for a talented HR Business Partner to join our fast-paced recruitment businesses based in Amsterdam, Berin & Barcelona. We are looking for this person to be located in either Amsterdam or Berlin.

Acting as a true partner to the business, the HR Business Partner is responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service on both an operational and strategic level, ensuring that we can drive a high-performance culture and nurture growth.

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver strategic HR to support the achievement of business goals and objectives 
  • Provide an excellent operational HR service that supports our core values
  • Develop and implement key initiatives 
  • Ensure all managers and employees uphold standards around fairness, equality, inclusiveness, and diversity across the group 
  • Ensure and work together with our internal talent team for succession planning 
  • Manage and drive improvements against key HR metrics including staff turnover, absence, and employee engagement
  • Lead and respond effectively to employee relations and other organizational issues, challenges, and opportunities
  • Managing learning and development activities within the business
  • Take ownership of our internal HR system and create process improvements
  • Mentor & coach junior team members in HR processes 
  • Create a smooth HR function, across 3 international locations to be reflective of the countries’ statutory requirements but reflective of our company policies

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
  • Extensive experience in a similar HR management role, with the proven ability to undertake operational HR tasks to an excellent standard
  • Good employment law understanding and the ability to translate employment law into a commercial environment ideally across multiple locations
  • Managing and analyzing HR metrics
  • Able to manage change proactively, motivate and influence work behaviors
  • Able to deliver HR projects to drive company culture
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good problem solver and able to work effectivity within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Results orientated with an eye for detail
  • Commercially focused, customer orientated and customer service driven
