Orange Quarter is looking for a HR Coordinator to join our growing team in Amsterdam. Due to continued growth, this person will also help oversee our multiple office locations in Amsterdam, Berlin and Barcelona. Orange Quarter are a leading international Tech Recruitment company, with an ex-pat team, that are looking to expand into Europe’s best cities. This creates internal growth and opportunity and creates an exciting and changing role for the Human Resources officer who joins our team. To assist with and ensure the smooth operation of the primary human resource functions of the Company.

What to expect:

As HR coordinator you will be responsible to support and liaise with all line managers of each site (Amsterdam, Berlin, Barcelona) in implementing existing company policies and procedures. Additionally, you are required to support management in sending out offer letters and employment contracts for all new hires. You will also carry out data input to maintain employee records (change of details, promotions etc).

The role will also require assisting the fair implementation of the Employee Handbook, maintaining employee personnel files, helping with the recruitment process; including compiling job, carrying out new starter inductions and onboarding.

You will also take ownership of the performance management system and enable managers to offer support to employees who need it and identify promotion plans for rising stars. Finally you will build and maintain our company culture and lead the planning, organisation and smooth running of all employee incentives and trips.

Requirements:

  • Be pro-active
  • Have good communications skills / written and spoken English.
  • Be able to communicate with varying levels of personnel
  • Have some HR experience and a good level of knowledge of a range of aspects of Human Resources
  • Be self-driven and work under your own initiative
  • Organised
