An exciting Cloud Consultancy that has specialised in Data & AI, is now looking to expand their Azure team and needs a Mission Critical Engineer to join their team.

What to expect:

You will be working in the Mission Critical IT Services Team and will be working with the consultants who design and implement complex IT Solutions; within an Agile environment.

You will be working on the Azure Cloud & Windows Servers in a customer-facing role. This company invests in cross-training their employees across all of their technologies; meaning you will learn and teach, in this role.

You will have to deal with complex issues and are responsible for improving service, as customers and quality are of the highest importance for this company.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of O365 and Exchange
  • The ability to provide 3rd line support on Microsoft Servers
