Office Manager / Marketing Assistant needed to join our fast growing team in Berlin on a part-time or full-time basis. This person will essentially ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis.

The Office Manager / Marketing Assistant will support Berlin but also closely work with our Amsterdam and Barcelona offices to ensure Berlin is working in line with the rest of the business.

Requirements:

  • Day to day running of office 
  • Booking transport and accommodation if necessary for events 
  • Organising company events or conferences to support marketing teams 
  • Ordering stationery and furniture
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports 
  • Managing office budgets
  • Liaising with staff across other locations (Amsterdam, Barcelona)
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Organising induction programmes for new employees and onboarding programmes
  • Using a range of software packages
  • Attending meetings with senior management 
  • Strong English / German communication skills
