Orange Quarter is working with the world’s most popular video editing platform. The application makes video editing accessible to non-professionals with a user-centric focus and new feature additions every day the scale of the application continues to grow. The current design team consists of 5 designers that are part of their own product development teams. The company has recently gone through a fast-paced growth stage and is looking for someone that has experienced building up the design culture in a growing company.

What to expect:

You will manage the current team of 5 designers of variable seniorities while also helping to continue to scale the team based on your assessed needs for the team. The goal is for you to support your team throughout the different needs of the products and also represents the design needs with stakeholders. On occasion, you will also be able to have your hands on the actual product and work through design challenges and assess the needs across the main video editing application.
