A US-based startup that is building a solution aimed to help small businesses offer streamlined finanical benefits to their employees, specifically retirement funds and pension investments.

After health insurance, providing retirement benefits is the second most frequently requested benefit by employees when at the job offer stage.

This business are offering small businesses a more accessible and tailored retirement platform with transparent pricing, a clean and secure dashboard for both employer and employee and visible investment information.

What to expect:

You will be joining a small team of Python Backend Developers who are currently building the product.  The role offers fully-remote work across Europe.

You will be collaborating with the Product Teams for new feature development (incl. a new loan feature and data integrity projects) and scaling existing features. Loads of autonomy and flexiblility on the tech used based on the solution needed. The dream!

Requirements:

  • 3+ years using Python in backend development.
  • Expertise using Django and PostgreSQL.
  • Has used Docker in previous employment.

  • Some experience in Marketplaces, Fintech, Payments, etc. is nice to have.
