Orange Quarter has partnered up with one of the global market leaders in the music industry. They are working with different service providers such as Spotify, Deezer, Apple Music, Amazon etc. As a Ruby developer you will be joining the team in order to make sure that all the integrations are in place with all the previously mentioned providers. Besides this, you will also work on scaling the platform in order for it to be able to take in a significant amount of data.

What to expect:

Apart from a centrally located office in Amsterdam, you can expect to join a very vibrant team who is in charge of making sure artists are actually getting their royalties from their work. Your job with include a lot of collaborations within the development team, which will give you an end to end of product understanding. Finally, you will be in charge of the software you develop, from design to production stage – cool, right?

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in web app development using Ruby/Postgres/Sinatra/Rspec/Docker
  • Extensive API knowledge (design & build)
  • Knowledge of automated software testing
  • Bonus point for you - experience working with Java
