A Barcelona (Poblenou) based startup is looking to grow its development team by making a crucial development hire. They’re building a product that enables companies to save time and become more efficient in the way they handle data and draw conclusions out of data patterns. Essentially, the product is a plug-in solution that is implemented in a company’s pipeline and automatically ingests data and put it in a single place with a UI that enables customers to have a holistic view. Finally, they have a secure runway for at least 2 years so the company is really stable.
You’ll be jumping into a very exciting position where you’ll have a maximum level of ownership in everything you build. Since it’s a startup, things are naturally not 100% defined so there’s always space for improvement and changes in the existing architecture. This position will enable you to suggest (and implement) your ideas and challenge other colleagues – what not to love about it? Engineers pick the projects they prefer and they work in tandem with a product person to put ideas and features into production. You’ll be able to get your hand on pretty much every part of the development cycle (BE, FE, Infra, Product discovery).
