Orange Quarter have partnered up with Amsterdam’s newest FinTech startup to hire their new Salesforce Architect. This company are building a completely new digital bank for SMEs and entrepreneur, with the first MVP launching at the end of Q1 next year. Next year will be a big year for the business as they plan to launch a new banking product each quarter, ultimately developing a data and automation driven bank for smaller enterprises. They’ve built a senior leadership team of FinTech startup veterans from some of Amsterdam’s best known FinTech success stories and you’ll join this team with the task of designing and implementing their Salesforce platforms.

What to expect:

This is completely greenfield project, the company doesn’t even have a name yet. This means that you’ll get the chance to really build something from the ground up, with full and complete ownership of Salesforce. This will involve liaising with key stakeholders across business and tech, choosing the correct Salesforce products for the job, design and implementation of the Salesforce solutions and working with external partners to get the job done – don’t worry you won’t be doing all of this alone!  You’ll be working in a modern environment using a modern tech stack, they’re ready to invest heavily in Salesforce technologies like Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and possible Financial Services Cloud, what is used and how will ultimately be up to you.

Requirements:

  • Experience developing Salesforce platforms from the ground up, ideally in a start-up environment
  • You can design and implement Salesforce solutions and. you're definitely not scared of getting your hands dirty
  • You've worked with finance and banking specific Salesforce products
  • Working with both external and internal stakeholders will be a key part of the role
  • You can make bold decisions around Salesforce and have the soft skills to back them up
