What to expect:

The current team is around 30 engineers, working within 5 scrum teams located in The Hague. The team consists of the best and brightest across fields, from industry experts to digital designers, to developers. They are united by a single mindset – one that encourages creativity, risk-taking, and a “take charge” attitude. They are looking for a senior profile who can really take ownership of their domain and ensure the success of the team and the product vision. You’ll have the freedom to take your own initiative and responsibilities while scrumming in either the marketing team, data team, or the STARFLEET team.

Requirements:

  • Scrum Master for at least 3 years for a cross-functional team.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and theory. Certification: PSM\CSM.
  • High level knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Feature Driven Development etc.
  • Experience working in start-up/scale-up companies.
  • Excellent communication skills is essential for success in this role.
