What to expect:

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be collaborating extensively with others and using multiple software types to implement solutions. You will be responsible for developing new systems and refactoring existing systems to make them more robust as well as scalable. You will also contribute to the team’s technical decisions through open discussions and creating documents including RFCs and ADRs. Moreoever, you will act in a leadership capacity by mentoring other engineers to improve their development capabilities using the best software development practices.

Requirements:

  • In depth knowledge and experience with Java
  • Experience with monolith, SOA and microservice architecture
  • Track record in working with CI/CD
  • Ability to work with many different teams identifying architectural boundaries and platform interfaces
