Senior Customer Success Manager

Orange Quarter have recently partnered with a fast-growing tech start-up who have developed a new online automation platform that is disturbing their industry massively and is sold in over 30 countries and used by tens of thousands of businesses worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who can take the department to the next level by offering better customer service and by implementing new automated tools, with a bit of finesse!
They’re looking for a CSM Lead that has a natural drive for SaaS products, technology and always puts the customer first!
- Do you have experience in managing and optimizing a CSM/support department?
- Are you comfortable in setting-up new systems and managing processes such as a retention program?
- Do you have affinity and/or experience with the implementation of a SaaS product?
- Do you have the natural ability to convince and speak positively on the phone?
- Are you comfortable being the spider in the web between, sales, customers and IT?
- Do you have experience with technical products such as Wi-Fi hardware?
- Are you a real problem solver?
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 4 years experience in customer support, with a focus on customer success
- Languages: Fluent in English is a must. Fluent in Dutch is preferred and more languages are always a plus
- You’re a self-starter that always seeks for more to do
- You can work Ad Hoc, and are a true multitasker
- Proven experience with phone and e-mail support, a true motivator
- Good technical background or affinity with technology in general
- You have perfect problem-solving skills
- You’re available full-time
