I’m working with a cloud consultancy who are looking to add a Senior AWS Consultant to their growing team. They are an AWS Platinum Partner and have offices in Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt and Zurich. They have a startup culture with flexible working hours and a remote first policy when it comes to client projects. They work with a variety of clients from well-known startups to enterprise companies and help them to migrate to the cloud, improve their cloud infrastructure, and develop MVP’s.

What to expect:

As a Senior AWS Consultant you will be responsible for the design, developments and maintenance of projects for a variety of different businesses from early stage startups to large enterprises. Your responsibilities will range from working independently on projects, to collaboratively as part of a team. You’ll be architecting cloud solutions, creating solutions to reduce cloud costs, improving existing infrastructure, executing cloud migrations and implementing lots of automation. You’ll be advising clients and liaising with the DevOps and Development Teams to improve and maintain the infrastructure and troubleshoot production issues.

Requirements:

  • You speak and write fluent German
  • You have experience working with AWS infrastructure
  • Strong UNIX/Linux knowledge
  • Infrastructure as Code experience (ideally Terraform or CloudFormation)
  • You have an "automate everything attitude"
  • AWS certifications are a plus!
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
