Over the last few years, Orange Quarter has established an unrivalled reputation in the IT sector across the Netherlands, Berlin and Barcelona. Due to growing demand, we have ambitious growth plans for 2022 and we’ve recently opened new offices in the UK and Spain.
Our Amsterdam office has a team of 25, and we hope to increase this to 30-40 by the end of 2022! This is a mature, collaborative environment where consultants are all international expats.
🌱Development and Progression with Orange Quarter
At Orange Quarter we prioritise and support the growth and progression of our team members. We offer weekly training on various topics across tech recruitment and sales and offer new starters a clear-cut progression plan to excel in their career. We also offer our team a toolset of some of the best recruiting software and tools available to ensure you are set up for success.
🤝You will actively build relationships with both your candidates and clients across Amsterdam. A pivotal part of your role will be supporting candidates through various hiring processes from CV advice to interview or technical assignment preparation.
🕸️You’ll also actively build and develop a client network of your own, reaching out to new businesses daily, identifying areas Orange Quarter can offer value, and eventually building their tech teams. You will be supported and given on-the-job coaching and weekly training in order to understand the Dutch market and industry-leading companies in order to strengthen your approach from a business development perspective.
👩🎓We all strive to become market specialists, meaning you’ll educate yourself toward an in-depth understanding of the area you hire (this could be Data, DevOps, Development, Product, UX/UI, Marketing, Mobile Development, and more). We attend tech events, read resources online and keep up to date with industry news to ensure we are able to communicate with and understand our candidates and clients on a deeper level.
📱Each OQ Recruitment Consultant works with our marketing team on building a network and attracting the right candidate through various inbound and outbound tools. As a market specialist, you will be responsible for building your own personal recruiter brand on social media by maintaining a strong focus on your client and candidate audience.
