Our client is creating a software suite to enable easy, quick and smart tax automation. With a successful API already built, their mission is to change the repetitive and fragmented manual tasks often conducted by finance teams. Their clients range from world-leading marketplaces, e-commerce, delivery to household-name mobility companies. The company is fully-remote with people working across 10 countries all focusing on building the best in class product.

What to expect:

You’ll be joining as the first SRE, and you will have the freedom to choose and implement the tools of your choice and will have a huge say on all Infrastructure topics. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing and improving their cloud infrastructure. You’ll also be responsible for delivering self-service infrastructure, building monitoring solutions, as well as designing and implementing a multi-cloud approach with Azure and either AWS or GCP.

Requirements:

  • Experience of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
  • Strong Infrastructure as Code and configuration management experience (Terraform, Chef, Ansible, SaltStack, Puppet)
  • 3+ years of experience around CI/CD using tools such as Gitlab, Travis, Jenkins, CircleCI
  • Expereince of containerisation and orchestration
  • Development experience in JavaScript, Java, Python or other object orientated language is a plus
