They’re building AI-powered platforms that replace the slow, messy process of lawyers, bankers, and spreadsheets with real-time clarity and automation. Currently a 9 person team with proven leadership and a huge market. They’re hiring builders who want to move fast and make an impact.

What to expect:

You’ll be an early engineer to join this tight-knit founding team in NYC. The role is right for the true 0 to 1 builder. You’ll help architect and ship a business-facing product while shaping the technical DNA of the company.

This means working across the entire stack: from setting up infra systems to building polished user experiences, integrating LLMs, and defining best practices for shipping code. Build the v1 product with founders and design partners, own full-stack systems end-to-end, help validate product-market fit, ship fast, and set the foundation for a high-ownership engineering culture.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in software engineering
Experience launching mid to large impact features
Experience working with LLMs and ability to build AI agents
Experience working in an early stage/high growth environment would be a plus
