Here at Orange Quarter we are working with a client who has the mission of building something that has the potential to change lives. They are providing people with fair access to credit and innovative financial tools to transform their financial prospects for the better. They are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer who help will build the core banking platform that’s used daily by hundreds of thousands of customers (soon to be millions!). The Frontend is built in React and the Backend is built in Typescript using Node.js. They also have a mobile app that is also built in Typescript using React Native.

What to expect:

You’ll work across all areas of the company and all parts of the stack. All the Engineers work full-stack and everyone works meaningfully to contribute to the backend, the app, the automated test suites, and occasionally on data engineering. They have an office in Mitte, Berlin which you can visit 1-2 times a week and work from home for the rest of the time.

Requirements:

  • 4 years experience in building software in Typescript.
  • You are proficient with React & Node.js.
