They now need an enthusiastic Senior Technical Support Engineer to join their team.
You are going to be given an important role within this organisation and will be essential to maintaining all system functions; as well as being involved with the Azure Data Migration project. Giving you access to work on the latest technology in the market, for example; AzureAD; O365 (2019), and more.
This will be a customer-facing role; giving you the opportunity to develop your communication skills. You will be exposed to a wide variety of 2nd and 3rd line database issues, as well as, being responsible for escalating processes and solving complex problems for their customers.
