We are working with an exciting start-up in the digital health industry, looking to transform this space and become the largest gym class platform in the world. They are on a mission to make top-of-the-range exercise accessible for more people. They are doing this through digital methods as well as traditional facilities.
As the first Technical Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for all IT support in the business. There are structures, systems, and processes in place, but they are looking for someone to come in, take ownership, and evolve these. You will be responsible for first-line help-desk support, and product support of the Wexer in-club and SAAS systems.
