I’m working with a scale up marketplace who have just launched their HQ in Amsterdam, as well as having offices in South Africa and Mexico.
The product is essentially the AirBnB or Netflix for cars. A marketplace that allows you to subscribe to a car on a monthly basis. With two different audiences, one being an everyday consumer and the other specifically for Uber and UberEats drivers.
The founders were actually early employees with Uber and are really driving the growth in Amsterdam this year, shooting for their Series A investment in the next few months.
They have visions of the VP Growth, leading a team of 50+ within the first two years in the role. So they have big plans ahead!
The VP Growth will be the first growth hire in the Netherlands, so initially to position will involve a mix of both strategy, planning and rolling your sleeves up and being hands on. With the plan to hire around you immediately.
You will be responsible for optimising all acquisition channels, conversion strategies and retention tactics. With a core focus on performance marketing and product led growth. You will also be part of the company’s leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO.
