You will be joining as a VP of Engineering where you will work alongside the CTO and a Chief Architect in leading a team that consists of 2 Architects and 55 Engineers, split into 6-8 teams. They have recently restructured the engineering department helping optimise for a rapid flow of change, where one part focuses on Delivery and Ops and another part on application development. Core responsibilities will include helping lead a team who are building a system that is being used by thousands of customers, whilst helping them scale to help facilitate with the abundance of outstanding requests they have for potential clients.
