This company is a well-known international banking leader, with its HQ in the Netherlands. The company is in the midst (as most are) of digital transformation, including data services and migration to the cloud. This role is focussed within the international data platform focussed on private banking across four countries: NL, France, Germany and Belgium.
You will be bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the Data team (engineers and scientists), reporting to the Head of Data and Innovation. The team is currently building a data platform based on Azure, and working on gaining its first Data Science use cases. You will be key in linking stakeholders, building use cases, defining requirements, furthering data literacy and working with the data team to deliver value to the business. You will be a key communicator – the spider in the web – at times linking the offices in Paris, Frankfurt and Brussels to the central data platform (some limited travel may be involved post-lockdown). This is not a technical role requiring the likes of Python or R.
