A large focus of the role is guiding the development team, currently at 5 developers, you will lead the team by example, set standards and design solutions to be delivered by the team.
Together with the team you estimate and plan your sprints and you will ensure that features are delivered at high quality, on time and budget to the agreed requirements. You will be creating high-level implementation architecture and act as a bridge between engineering and management.
