We’re searching for a Lead Flutter Engineer to join a brand with storefronts visible across Europe. They’re undergoing a (somewhat overdue) digital transformation, building their first mobile app and creating a seamless digital shopping experience for customers in 20+ countries, supplementing the successful eCommerce site.
You’ll lead the development team as a person manager, be responsible for technical direction and jump into the codebase when there’s significant technical challenges to overcome – a solid balance of ‘hands-off’ and ‘hands-on’ responsibilities.
You’re not joining a tech business with 20+ years under their belt and every process, team and product perfected. You’re at the forefront of a digital transformation, so expect ambiguity and the opportunity to to impact all things tech – disruption/innovation/ideas happen bottom-up in this company.
The app itself is partially built, but there’s a significant number of features still in the roadmap to get the product to their ‘version 1’ concept; the role will be very hands-on to start, with more management and high-level technical work happening after release.
You’ll utilize the latest and greatest in cross-platform mobile tech (Flutter, Dart).
The role is hybrid, based in Bavaria.
