Orange quarter are currently looking for a Senior Data Engineer to fill an exciting position in Berlin. You will join and lead a multifaceted team of Data Scientists and Data Engineers providing solutions in the Insurtech space.
They have secured more than 150 million in funding and are looking to expand into new international markets. In order to achieve this goal, they need a team leader that can bridge the gap between the team’s data scientists/analysts and software engineers.
The ideal candidate will be expected to work in a fast paced, multi-functional setup to identify and support their data and software development needs and use cases.
Candidates will share knowledge, promote clean data engineering methodologies and mentor colleagues to help develop the project and the team.
As part of this senior position, leadership skills will be essential. Leading the technical development of the team whilst working with key stakeholders to address business queries will require both a broad and deep skillset.
