We are working working with a Munich based scale-up, who have just secured a substantial Series A funding. They have a team of 50 people, and are in the next phase of growth! They are looking to grow the seniority of the team and have a new Lead/Principal Engineer to join the team. They’re making the procurement and supply chains of companies completely digital – making things way more efficient, cost-effective, and secure too.

You will be responsible for taking over some of the technical leadership of the team as well as architectural decisions around the platform. There will be new feature development and some greenfield projects to work on in the year. From an engineering culture perspective, they iterate quickly and often, taking regular feedback from their clients. As a result, you should have a demonstrated history of taking client feedback. Coming from a SaaS background would be even better! You will be working with Python on FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Azure, and Docker. Bonus points if you are comfortable working with Typescript on React.
