What to expect:

They’re looking for a skilled and motivated Azure Cloud Engineer to join the Development Department. As an Azure Cloud Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Azure Cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.

The role encompasses the end-to-end responsibility of designing, deploying, and overseeing Azure-based cloud infrastructure solutions. This involves the meticulous design, configuration, and monitoring of networking elements within the Azure environment, including virtual networks, subnets, network security groups, firewalls, and VPN gateways.

Collaboration with development teams is a key aspect, facilitating the establishment of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and streamlining application deployment processes. In the event of infrastructure issues, the role requires prompt troubleshooting and resolution to minimize downtime. Continuous monitoring of performance metrics, analysis of system logs, and implementation of proactive measures are integral to optimizing Azure resources.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience with Azure
  • Strong knowledge of IaaC tools such as ARM/Bicep or Terraform
