OQ have partnered with the founders of one of the pin-up companies of the Dutch scene to help grow their new start-up; a B2C experiences platform. We’re searching for a Software Engineer, experienced with any object oriented language and motivated to get behind an ambitious roadmap.
This is a permanent/employee position (not freelance).
You’ll work in a small, experienced team building the B2C web platform. Initial focus is on the Ruby backend, but being a start-up, a ‘can do’ attitude to jump into various areas of the stack (Frontend, Cloud) is required – don’t expect being worked to the bone though since worklife balance is respected. The stack is Javascript and Ruby on Rails.
You’ll be in the office 2 days per week, working closely with the founders and experienced dev team.
Dutch speaking is preferable, given some docs are still in Dutch.
