Founded in 2024 in NYC, they strive to invest in technology that can disrupt the healthcare space and provide immense value to both practices and patients.

Bringing together some of the finest minds in finance, tech, and healthcare, this team has already developed several groundbreaking products that are being implemented across their portfolio of 200+ providers and even spinning off into full-fledged startups.

As the team scales, they are looking for an AI Engineering Lead who can bring the expertise and leadership they need to deliver on their mission.

What to expect:

As the AI Engineering Lead, you’ll be spearheading the development of agentic AI software that can automate otherwise manual processes across investment and healthcare.

You’ll help to research, scope, and prioritize opportunities for innovation alongside leadership and product, then lead a team of brilliant engineers to execute AI/ML solutions that solve operational challenges.

Requirements:

  • Expert level ML/data engineering experience using Python
  • Experience in building AI agents to automate manual tasks
  • Scrappy, move-fast-and-break-things mentality; likely have worked in early-stage startups
  • Experience in hiring, coaching and mentoring junior engineers
  • Domain knowledge not crucial, but experience in back-office software in finance and/or healthcare is a plus
