We have partnered with an exciting SaaS start-up business that is aiding companies’ legal back office. They are building an AI-powered platform to ease document management, corporate governance, and entity management.

What to expect:

As the founding AI Engineer, you will be responsible for shaping the AI strategy from day one, ideating and implementing AI/ML workflows and improving their document AI accuracy. You will also build AI evaluation and testing frameworks and work directly with customers to understand their needs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years building production AI systems
  • Experience with Python + GenAI / RAG / Prompt Engineering / Information Extraction
  • AI Agents & OCR/document extraction experience
  • Experience and comfortable in early-stage start-ups
