An AI-native B2B software platform is hiring a Product Designer to shape interfaces for complex, data-heavy workflows used by expert professional users. The product spans document management, intelligence tooling, and collaboration, with a strong focus on human–AI interaction and workflow orchestration.
This role sits at the center of product, engineering, and user research, with significant influence over how AI-enabled features are experienced in practice.
You will design intuitive, production-ready interfaces for AI-assisted and collaborative workflows, translating complex processes into clear, usable experiences. The work includes designing both real-time and asynchronous collaboration patterns, conversational or AI-assisted interfaces, and systems that support expert decision-making.
You’ll prototype rapidly, test with users, and iterate closely with product managers and engineers to ship features quickly. The role also includes contributing to and evolving a scalable design system that supports multiple products and use cases.
You will work directly with users to understand workflows, validate concepts, and refine solutions, balancing usability, business goals, and technical constraints.
