We’re partnering with a newly formed, NYC-based startup building an observability platform for real estate asset acquisition. The product spans the full lifecycle of M&A simplifying acquisition, ongoing management, and exit strategies in an inherently complex and regulated space.
Founded in 2024, the company raised a $5M seed round last year and is soon to announce an 8 figure raise. The team is firmly in growth mode, with 13 engineers today, and over 30 in total company headcount. A key differentiator is the leadership team: the CEO is a highly experienced NYC tech operator, formerly CTO at a public media company, with multiple successful exits across VC-backed startups. The company currently operates as low-ego, high character, and very talent-dense with engineers companies including Hebbia and Robinhood. Their brand new, custom built offices are located in Hudson Yards.
As Senior Engineering Manager, you will come into the company as the second most senior technical hire. The work will be in parallel with the Head of Engineering. The current team structure is pod based with senior engineers currently leading each pod. The work would start off as 50/50 IC work vs people management, and gradually progress to entirely people management and product architecture.
