Headquartered in Amsterdam, Tebi was founded in 2021 by a team of serial entrepreneurs and technologists, including Arnout Schuijff (co-founder and former CTO of Adyen) and Rob Vonk (former EVP Technology at Adyen), alongside seasoned leaders from Uber, Wolt, and Notion.

Context
Tebi was scaling rapidly following its Series B and needed to build a world-class engineering function while maintaining an exceptionally high hiring bar. After beginning to exhaust their own founder- and team-led hiring networks, Tebi brought us on as their first agency partner. We were introduced by one of the VCs who led Tebi’s Series B funding round, who trusted us to support this critical growth phase.
