OQ are working with one of Amsterdam’s fastest-growing tech scaleups, based in de Jordaan and focussed on disrupting Brazilian markets with their innovative app and platform. We are searching for their next Data Scientist, who will join their core analytics function. With potentially tens of millions of clients, their user base is growing at an exponential rate. They are now prepping to scale further and looking to bring their product to other markets globally.
You’ll be working with the company’s core analytics team along with other seniors in data science, data engineering and guided by the Head of Data. You’ll be working on a number of use-cases include customer’s behavioural data, optimising delivery driving routes, preventing fraud and predicting orders from month to month. You’ll use your expertise in data to generate real value for the business through new opportunities and insights – prototyping your ideas and implementing them with your team. You’ll also create and productionise ML models, experiment and conduct product research – a key part of the data process.
