As an Engineering Manager, you will be heading up one of the 4 development teams within the company. This particular team is focused on the backend and one of the largest teams of the business. It will include over 10 direct reports, managing their performance and getting the best out of the team as well as data crunching and diving in to get hands-on when required. Collaborating with the other Engineering Manager and reporting into the VP of Engineering to build the technical roadmaps and define the team management strategy. Ultimately to improve the platform’s quality, security, and performance.
