We are currently working with an innovative start up who are changing the way energy companies operate! They focus on helping energy companies transition towards affordable renewable energy by providing power forecasts and trading algorithms to optimize the short-term trading cycle. The company has raised a funding round last year and is growing rapidly from strength to strength.

 

What to expect:

You will be working in a small agile team alongside the data scientists and software engineers in a low hierarchy open culture- the team are highly motivated with high energy! You’ll be responsible for creating awesome software and algorithms that accelerate the energy transition by using machine learning and cloud technologies.

 

The current stack includes Python, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud (GCP), Vue.js, SQL and Linux.

Requirements:

  • Have experience with backend/API design/implementation in any Python framework
  • Use linux on a daily basis and know your way around Docker containers
  • Some basic knowledge of Frontend work
  • Keen interest in Data and Machine Learning
