Orange Quarter is working with a company that installs and manages IT infrastructure within the yacht industry. With services that cover the entire lifecycle of AV/IT products and systems, you have the opportunity to be part of projects from system design through to installation, commissioning and maintenance.

We’re looking for an experienced IT architect who has a background in System Administration and hands-on experience with designing and configuring IT Infrastructures.

What to expect:

60% of the time you will be working on exploring new technologies and finding ways they can implement better solutions into their systems. You will be writing POCs and giving presentations to the rest of the team in order to educate and influence on why these solutions add value. The remaining time you’ll spend on hands-on work, setting up virtualization with VMware on Windows domains.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in Systems Engineering
  • Networking knowledge, preferably Cisco Certified
  • You automate routine tasks with Bash, Powershell, or Cisco HyperFlex
  • You have knowledge of Windows Operating systems
  • Experience working with VMware
