What to expect:

As an IT Desk Engineers, you will use your technical skills to support their teams in troubleshooting and solving IT challenges. Joining as part of the Infrastructure Team, you will be involved with the ticketing, onboarding, scripting. The business operates at a face pace seeing speed as their competitive advantage in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Advanced system and network skills in UNIX based systems like OS X and Linux, plus an interest in DevOps, internal services and IT security awareness.
  • You have the technical efficiency to be able to fix problems
  • Configuration Management Systems like, Puppet, Ansible, Chef; you have the mindset to automate and avoid repetitive tasks by scripting in Python, Bash.
  • Understanding of networking and firewalls, and see the benefits of using open source software.
  • You are a team player who is also able to work independently and make informed decision.
