A company born from two global leaders, one within real estate, and the other within tech, have developed a unique B2B SaaS application to help stakeholders in building management effectively control and utilise their data. This is a niche product backed by two very strong players in the game, and following a scaling period last year, require a Lead Backend Developer, Node.js, to continue to foster a communicative environment among the development teams whilst continuing to shape and build new ideas for this platform.
You will join an international engineering team that is currently aiming to double in size by the end of the year. The ideal candidate would have deep knowledge with server-side Node.js and still be willing to be as hands-on as possible. Most importantly, you would be very open, communicative and able to guide other medium level and junior developers. This entails, introducing best practices around development while also fostering an open and knowledge sharing culture.
