We are working with an innovative Media company based in central Amsterdam, their focus as a business is offering a central networking place for startups across Europe. At this exciting stage of the businesses growth, there are multiple areas of the Product that need to be managed including the well-known media platform, annual conference, data intelligence platform and incubator for startups. They are looking for an experienced product leader to join their growing team and bring a wealth of experience and fresh ideas to the business.

What to expect:

As a Product Leader, you will be taking full ownership of all of the products within the company, working closely with the techies to achieve results. The company is going through some very exciting transitions so you will be an integral part of developing its strategy for the future and devising roadmaps based on priorities. Ultimately you will be instrumental in driving the strategy and growth in the business.

Requirements:

  • Strong Leadership skills with the ability to drive the product in a clear direction
  • Proven track record of working closely with a tech team and a good understanding of their processes in order to manage them effectively
  • 6+ years experience within a Product role for a high-traffic digital company
  • Have a keen interest in startups and a finger on the pulse for new product developments
  • Experience with managing stakeholders and juggling multiple stakeholder requirements and feedback loops
  • Customer centric mindset and an understanding of what customers are looking for in the product
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and achieve short, medium and long term goals
  • Familiar working with data-driven product development, user testing and A/B testing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (English fluency)
