Orange Quarter is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing startup team in Amsterdam. As a Recruitment Consultant you might not have previous recruitment experience however the ideal candidate must have sales experience or come from a sporting background. You will need to be comfortable building relationships whether that be phone based or in person.

What to expect:

Daily you will be sourcing passive and active candidates for our strong client network across the Netherlands. You will be building knowledge in your technical niche and will become a market specialist, building and reporting on relationships with candidates and potential clients
. A pivotal part of your role will be supporting candidates through the process of a new occupation via CV and interview or technical preparation.
